What is a Serviced Office?
Stonebridge Serviced Offices deliver absolute flexibility- you can move into a serviced office location within days of viewing the space and agreeing and contact terms.
You have the flexibility to secure a 2 person suite from day one, with the opportunity to grow at any time. All of Stonebridge’s serviced offices are fully furnished, inclusive of utility bills, cleaning services, a managed reception service and 24/7 hr access.
Stonebridge pride ourselves on being a transparent provider, therefore all of our services are reflected in one monthly licence fee.
What is a workstation?
A ‘workstation’ is the amount of space, allocated to one person. All of our workstations are furnished with grade-A ergonomic furniture.
Will I need to provide my own computer?
Yes, we offer a ‘plug and play’ service, therefore if you bring your computer/laptop, we make sure that all of the background work is taken care of and you’re ready to go!
What are your business centre opening times and what access do clients have?
Our reception opening hours are 8.30am-5.30pm (Monday-Friday) Featherbank Court & Bartle House with Park House opening 8.00am-6.00pm (Monday-Friday). However, our office clients benefit from 24hr access 7 days a week.
Call answering is one of your services, will my calls be transferred to a call centre?
All of our client calls are professionally answered by your designated reception team, whom you see every day. We believe that this allows us to provide you (and your clients) with the most personable and highest quality customer service.
Are there on-site Meeting Rooms within your business centres?
All of our business centres have flexible Meeting Rooms, available for you to book by the hour, half-day, day or longer.
Our Meeting Rooms include state-of-the-art AV equipment, refreshments, stationary and we can even take care of your catering for you.
What car-parking facilities are available at your centre?
Bartle House, Manchester and Featherbank Court, Leeds; both have on-site parking facilities. If you are touring Car-parking access can be arranged, at the Centre Manager’s approval.
Park House, Leeds is centrally located with 2 must-storey carparks within a 5 minute walking distance.
How accessible is public transport to your centres?
All of our centres are easily accessible, via public transport- which makes our centres ideal for you, your staff and your clients.
Bartle House, Manchester is just a 3 minute walk from Manchester Oxford Road Train Station, less than a 2 minute walk away from St Peters Square Tram Stop and just 15 minutes away from Manchester Piccadilly train station. There are also free buses, that can transport you from each station, to the centre.
Park House, Leeds is just a 5 minute walk from Leeds Train Station and 10 minutes to the central bus station. Leeds and Bradford International Airport is a 30min car journey.
Featherbank Court is just off one of the main route into Leeds City Centre the A65 with a travel time of around 15mins, it is also within walking distance of the new Kirkstall Forge Train Station (0.8 miles) and a short 10min drive to Leeds and Bradford International Airport.
What are the shortest and longest terms that Stonebridge will allow me to secure an office for?
We own all of our business centres. Therefore, our licence agreements start from 3 months and can be as long as 5 years.
We have growth plans and I don’t know what size our team will be this time next year. Can Stonebridge help with this?
Absolutely. This can be demonstrated, during your initial tour.
Our centre teams host quarterly review meetings with our clients, to ensure that you are happy with our services and to help us assist with needs just like this.
