About Park House

Park House is an idyllic location for businesses of different sizes and industries, due to its close proximity to Leeds Train Station and other local transport links. By train

Leeds Train Station - 9 minute walk to Park House. Exit the train station and turn left on to New Station Street. After making a left turn on to Bishopgate turn immediate right on to Park Row. Follow Park Row on to Infirmary Street. When approaching East Parade turn right on to St Pauls Street. As you approach Park Square, Park House is located on your right hand side.

By bus

Leeds City Bus Station is located 0.9 miles away from Park House and is a 16 minute walk. Turn right on to York Street, baring right on to Kirkgate. Follow Commercial Street and again Bond Street until reaching Infirmary Street where you will turn right. Follow Infirmary Street until reaching East Parade, turn right on to St Paul’s Street. When approaching Park Square you will find Park House on the right hand side.

By car

Park Square West can be reached via all main roads from the surrounding towns and areas using the Satnav postcode LS1 2PW.
